Angela Merkel

As the first female German Chancellor ever, this is one of Europe’s most vibrant, dynamic leaders, regardless of sex. She is widely viewed as the de facto leader of the EU and has become renowned for her exceptional leadership abilities.

At 57, she has accomplished more than 50 of the world’s top male leaders and in our opinion they could all take a cue from this incredibly effective leader.
