Aurora Diamante Fountain Pen

Though it may not be the best known of the lot, true pen connosieurs know that Aurora is one of the finest designers of luxury writing instruments. An Italian product, this is the world's most expensive pen. At a market cost of $1.47 million, that's not terribly surprising. Why does it cost so much? It probably has something to do with the 2000 diamonds encrusted all over its body. 

It also comes with a gold nib. Aurora made the decision to only craft one such pen a year.
