It's the world's favourite, most sought-after and common indulgence and the best part is—it's free! Better still, there's no need for moderation here. There's no such thing as too much sleep apparently because no matter how much you indulge, there are virtually no health drawbacks. 

Cutting down on it on the other hand can cause a whole host of problems from depression to anxiety to fatigue to fluctuating weight. So yes, we're telling you this is the best vice of them all.
