The Finnish have never really been known for their compliance with the norm so why expect it during Christmas? Instead of cozying around the fireplace with cider, they put on their coats and head to the cemetery on Christmas eve to pay their respects to the dead.

Sure it might seem like a thoughtful gesture, but why it's done on Jesus Christ's birthday is anyone's guess!
