Every language is a whole new bag full of alphabetical and grammatical tricks but these 5 languages are far more complicated than others.

World's Hardest Languages to Learn

Japanese

Oriental languages are notorious for being utterly complex in both their pronunciation and script. Japanese is no different. Similar to Chinese in a lot of ways, learners of this language too must be prepared to learn thousands of characters as if A, B, C didn't seem hard enough when we were children! And after learning that, you'll be whacked in the face with the realization that there are 3 different writing systems and 2 syllbary systems which only add to the tremendous difficulty of the language.

However, the worst part for a learner would have to be the fact that its written code is completely different from its spoken code. Therefore, you might be a master of reading and writing the language but not one spoken word will make an iota of sense to you either way! Students over here are forced to learn up to 3000 characters by rote and it is because of this that the state department in western countries allows students to take 3 times as long to learn this language than it does a language like Spanish or French.
