Indra Nooyi

Any list that features influential businesswomen is unlikely to leave the dynamic CEO and Chairman of PepsiCo out. This Chennai-born American has won the Padma Bhushan, among several other accolades, during her four-decade-long career and at 55, Mrs. Nooyi is in charge of over 280,000 people worldwide! Quite an army if you ask us.

Although Pepsi may be losing out to Coke in the cola wars, she helped the company grow exponentially when it comes to nutrition-focussed products and the industry definitely sat up and took notice!
