Fish Odour Syndrome

Imagine this: Body odor so noxious that even the local fish market seems like a picnic compared to standing next to you! That's what people suffering from this disease smell like and due to no fault of their own! They emit awful stenches no matter how good their personal hygiene is, and they can't control it due to a biological malfunction.

Basically, their bodies can't break down a fishy-smelling organic compound. So the compound is alternatively emitted trough sweat, urine and breath. The smell is so strong that the disorder becomes life-altering in many cases--especially since there is no known cure. Some patients, however, do manage to keep it in check with a controlled diet and antibiotics.
