Stereotyping: We all do it!

Let’s be honest. Unfortunately, we stereotype people when we first meet them, even if we don’t intend to. We generalize and make assessments of people based on our own standards.

So if you’re serious about making a good impression, it's important that you cause an association that is pleasant. On the flip side, it is also important to remember not to highlight your own weaknesses.
