Saat Khoon Maaf

2011's just this side of dark comedy/thriller, Saat Khoon Maaf was also directed by Vishal Bharadwaj. Clearly, he's on the same wavelength as Madhur Bhandarkar. Priyanka Chopra played the fearsome Susanna, the deadly spouse killer. It was a very interesting character to inflict upon an Indian audience simply because of her many shades of gray role. 

Though she starts of as a seemingly negative influence, many end up sympathizing with her even as she murders to get away from the tragedies in her own life.
