Charlotte Casiraghi of Monaco

This 25-year-old beauty is the second child of  Caroline, the Princess of Hanover and late Italian industrialist, Stefano Casiraghi. She is currently fourth in line to the coveted throne of Monaco and is often seen at various official state functions. She also happens to be an established journalist, and is the founder of Ever Manifesto, a London-based magazine.
