What's a list of evil without the mention of a single power-mad Nazi? Ilse Koche or "Buchenwalder Schlampe' (the B*tch of Buchenwald) was the wife of Karl Kock who simply reveled in his totalitarian power. She deeply enjoyed every moment of torture and obscenity. She even went as far as to take souvenirs--a murdered inmate's tattoo, thousands of stolen marks. 

She was held on a pedestal by all other Nazis and terribly feared by any concentration camp inmates. Ultimately, she did the only commendable thing in her life when she committed suicide by hanging herself at Aichach Women's Prison on September 1, 1967.
