Parking Woes

Living in a parking space-starved city like Bombay will definitely initiate some pity towards this Chicago native. However, it’s also hard to imagine how somebody could be this mentally challenged!

The man in question shovelled snow for an hour to clear a parking space for his car during a massive blizzard. But when he returned with his vehicle, he found a woman in his parking spot. So he did what came naturally--he shot her!
