Ronnie Lott

Lott was a part of the NFL's San Francisco 49ers, and when I say part, I mean he played three positions for the team, and sometimes all the three at the same time! Nothing great you say? Check this out:

In the 1985 NFL season, Lott's finger was crushed while tackling on the field. Fearing he might miss few games post injury, he amputated it. Yes, simply cut it off. Rad indeed!
