Jesse Owens

This African American athlete was the first dude to win 4 Gold medals at the Olympics. And not at any Olympics, but the Berlin Olympics of 1936. Yes, the same ones that saw the presence of Adolf Hitler before he went all apesh*t all over the civilized world.

What's so bada#$ about it? Owens, being a black athlete amidst all the racial discrimination,  fought all the odds and bagged 4 gold medals, much to the dismay of the Nazis. To top it all off, Hitler, a staunch discriminator who refused to congratulate medal winners who weren't of German origin, waved at Owens before the victory ceremony, and Owens being a good sport waved back.
