Steffi Graf Vs Jana Novotna, 1993
(7-6, 1-6, 6-4)

If there's one tennis champ we miss seeing on court the most, it's Steffi Graf. When she stepped out in her white skirts, the world always expected her to win. That's why the few times it even came close--as was the case in this match--everyone took interest and watched closely!

In the 1993 Wimbledon final between Graf and Jana Novotna, the latter had it won as Graf only took the first set but Novotna cinched the second, third, and was one point away from winning the fourth too. But Graf fought back in her usual ferocious style, resulting in an unlikely victory. Upon realizing she'd won the match, she let out a yelp of joy but quickly held her emotions back after seeing the dejected look on Novotna's face. Instant classic if there ever was one!
