Marion Jones
Former women's track and field world champion Marion Jones surpassed all expectations and won 5 medals at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. After years of denying the usage of any illegal substances and a host of investigations, it became evident that Jones had been juicing up all along. Finally, in 2007 she came clean about her usage of Tetrahydrogestrinone--aka "The Clear--a previously undetectable designer steroid.
Her athletic career--which was already on a decline--effectively ended after these revelations. She was also stripped of all her Olympic medals. Today, Marion Jones has come a long way since the scandal and has made a fresh start as a professional basketball player!
