Jet

At the time of its recording, The Wings were residing in Nashville, Tennessee, and a lot of the songs from this time are evidently inspired by this new sort of daily life of the band. There were many classics from this period but few struck as deep a chord as Jet. Many critics have implied that the song might have been about his retriever, Jet; but even though this isn't a confirmed fact, we do know another interesting titbit: The awesome Aussie band Jet was named after this very song!
